Repeat an older failed test with documented equipment and conditions. Do not erase the old evidence.

Collect a general-area observation at a useful public access point without publishing private infrastructure.
A quest is complete only when the observation is submitted for review. No invented badges, no fake coverage, and no incentive to trespass or visit unsafe sites.
