COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
Help build
the evidence.
Start with what you can document. Use the existing tools to submit a community, record a measurement or prepare a real field report.
Add your community
Read the organizer guide and download a ready-to-send invitation.
A representative must agree to publication. Prepare a community name, state, general service area, public HTTPS website and short description. Keep home locations and personal contact details out of public fields. The review email stays private; save the private removal receipt after submitting.
SUBMIT AN OPT-IN COMMUNITYCompare real hardware measurements
Record the exact board revision, firmware, instrument, battery voltage, average current, duration and operating conditions. Compare repeated readings under matching conditions. Empty worksheets contain no example measurements and do not upload anything.
The CSV is a worksheet for your spreadsheet. Enter completed readings in the Power Lab; its backup importer accepts the lab’s JSON exports.
Prepare a range test
Use one counted series per direction. Keep each packet’s sequence number and sent/received time so totals can be checked. Record both radios, antennas, firmware and settings. US / LONG_FAST is this site’s starting configuration; verify both endpoints and coordinate with your contacts. Do not change an antenna while transmitting.
Preserve raw evidence privately. Review and redact it before deliberately sharing a public evidence reference. Publication review, evidence review and independent repetition are separate steps.
Propose a partnership
Describe the work, the support offered, equipment ownership, duration and any expected placement. Disclose loans, gifts and sponsor relationships. Proposals are reviewed by the team; sending one does not create an agreement or activate payments. Support cannot buy directory ranking or control test conclusions.
Help improve accessibility
Tell us the page, the task you tried, what happened, and your browser or assistive technology. Share general steps rather than private form contents. Keyboard and automated checks help us find defects; they do not replace feedback from people using screen readers.
