For community organizers
Help people
find your Meshtastic® group.
Start with a public contact path and a general service area. Your group decides what to share; an organizer submits consent before publication review.
Before you submit
- Confirm representation. The person submitting must represent the group and agree to publication of its public details.
- Prepare the public information. Group name, state or territory, general area, public HTTPS website and a short description of the group’s Meshtastic® activities.
- Choose a private review contact. The review email is kept out of public listings. Keep personal emails, phone numbers, channel keys and exact home locations out of the public description.
- Submit deliberately. Review the fields and check the consent box. New submissions enter the existing review queue; they do not publish automatically.
- Save the removal receipt. Download the private receipt after submission. Its token authorizes immediate withdrawal of the listing; do not share it publicly.
How the information is described
Public-source reference: an editorial link checked for Meshtastic® information. It is not organizer opt-in, verified operator activity or measured coverage.
Organizer-submitted listing: a representative supplied consent and the public content was reviewed for publication. Publication review does not independently verify radio performance.
What makes a useful description?
Say which general area you organize in, how newcomers can contact you, and whether you offer practical help or coordinated tests. Describe actual activities. Avoid promising continuous coverage, listing a private installation location or claiming an affiliation that has not been agreed.
Corrections and withdrawal
Use your private removal receipt in the withdrawal form to remove a pending or published listing. For corrections or a lost receipt, use the community contact page. Include the listing ID without publishing the removal token.
Start locally, then connect outward
We are prioritizing Western North Carolina outreach while welcoming Meshtastic® groups nationwide. Share the invitation below with a group organizer and let the representative decide whether to submit. No directory reference creates a partnership or network interconnection.
